Project N95 can only accept returns of defective merchandise. No refunds will be required if request is made more than 5 business days following Buyer receipt of the goods, or for open or used products.

Our vetted products are fulfilled by different suppliers, so they are shipped from different locations. The shipping costs are included in the price of the product that is listed. Because our mission is to get PPE to healthcare providers as quickly as possible, products are shipped as they are ready, rather than combining shipments.
